The Petuna Endeavour catches Pink Ling year round on the continental shelf of the wild and pristine Southern Ocean in depths of 300-550 meters.

Pink Ling flesh has a firm texture with mild delicate flavours. It is suitable for most cooking methods as the Pink Ling fillet holds its shape very well during cooking.

The Pink Ling fillet is long and rather slender, the taper pronounced and of a very white and firm flesh.

The average size of our Pink Ling is between 50 – 90cm and 0.6 – 4.5kg.
