Once the Salmon life cycle is complete, the premium quality fish are transport back to our export accredited operations where we prepare the fish for the market. Petuna Atlantic Salmon comes in a variety of forms to meet various handling and taste needs including: Fresh Head on Gilled and Gutted, Fillets, Portions, and Smoked.
