Not all fats are bad for us.
Healthy fats, such as essential fatty acids, are vital to health and cannot be made by
the human body
They must be obtained from diet.
Omega-3 essential fats are found almost only in fish and seafood.
Petuna Atlantic Salmon, Saltwater Charr and Ocean Trout are known to be a very
good source of Omega-3.
