In producing seriously fine seafood we place great emphasis on the quality of our breeding stock to ensure we supply only the finest sea farmed products to the market place.
We conduct our own Ocean Trout, Atlantic Salmon and Saltwater Charr selective breeding program at our fresh water hatchery located at Cressy in Northern Tasmania.
The breeding stock are nurtured and their offspring carefully reared and hand graded.
The best fingerlings are then carefully transported to our sea farms in the wilderness fed waters of the Tasmanian west coast.
Our fingerlings thrive in the vast cool wild waters of the Great Southern Ocean, and are further enriched through the nutrient full fresh tannin waters flowing from the mountains of Tasmania’s world heritage listed Wild Rivers National Park.
An exceptional environment - one of the very few places left in the world for raising serious quality seafood.
